Job description
Salary/Hourly Rate:
£18,254 - £20,652
Working Hours:
40 Hours per week, 40 weeks per year plus 5.2 weeks paid holiday

Requirements:
You should already be actively looking for ways to further your knowledge and utilise your skills in direct care. You will support a Team Manager and be responsible for managing a small group of care staff and students. You must demonstrate good leadership qualities, communication skills and have the ability to motivate others. You will have attained or be willing to undertake and complete an NVQ III in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in child care/support and an A1 assessors award.
