  • Age 16 to 30 years
  • Autism and/or Severe Learning Disability
  • Challenging behaviour
  • History of placement breakdown either in mainstream or special schools
  • History of aggression towards others and/or self-harm
  • Communication difficulties, including those who do not use verbal communication
  • May be unable to live at home
  • May have history of mental health problems
  • May have medical conditions, e.g. epilepsy
