Salary/Hourly Rate:
£13,913 - £14,260 per annum
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, 40 weeks a year plus 5.2 weeks paid holiday. We will also consider a part time/job share.

Requirements:
Without realising you will have a huge amount of knowledge you can pass on to our students. Many of them lack the straight forward practical and social skills that you will have developed naturally whilst growing up. With patience and understanding, you can help them learn and practise these skills, boosting their self-esteem and promoting their independence. After being in post for a year, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Senior Learning Support Worker. The post is for working 40 hours a week for 40 weeks a year and includes a further 5.2 weeks holiday pay. We will consider a part time/job share employment. In addition to the above role we need to recruit a day Learning Support Worker. This successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week for 40 weeks a year but will be on a Monday to Friday basis only. This post does not have the opportunity to progress to the Senior Learning Support worker role. Please indicate on your application form if you are interested in this post.
