Personalised attentionEach student starts with an assessment of their unique needs to create a personalised Individual Education Plan and Care Plan. Teams of experienced teachers, carers and clinical experts work with each student. Class sizes are small (no more than six students per class) and each class will have from two to six adults (teacher, classroom assistants, care staff) depending on the nature of the students. Each student has his or her own key worker, who maintains a special interest in the student allocated to them. They monitor progress and work closely with students, teachers and family on objective-setting and behaviour plans.
